About the Team

Sharon Presogna

Chief Executive Officer/Design Director

Sharon founded Redd Palm Designs back in 2018 and is the Chief Executive Officer & Design Director. She is an HSR certified professional in staging, redesign, color, and E-Design. She has acquired her certification from NYIAD New York Institute of Art and Design. She is also a Real Estate professional in the Bradenton/Sarasota areas. These achievements give her a unique perspective that she passes to her clients projects, whether in real estate with staging and marketing or in design with decorating for the clients personal style. Sharon makes it her mission to personalize each project to her clients wants while maintaining functionality and style. In real estate, she realizes that not every home is the same and knows that it may take a different approach to get it sold. Sharon listens to her clients and is mission focused, striving for excellence on each project. As Design Director, she oversees our entire design, staging, and service specialty teams, as well as spearheads our real estate investment division. 


On the personal side: Sharon is a Florida native from Tampa, a dedicated family women, a former military wife and most of all, a fun personality with a creative spirit. 

Kyle Presogna

Chief Operating Officer/Business & Strategic Development

Kyle has been with us since inception and is our Chief Operating Officer - or second-in-command. He oversees all of the the daily internal business operations and tasks as well as manages our entire staff. Secondary responsibilities include business and strategic development & implementation. His role is vital in providing rigidity, efficiency, compliance, and growth to our company. 


He is also a member of the design team. He creates and edits our 3D renderings, provides project management to our large projects, as well as holds the secondary leadership role in our real estate investment division.
